Review
One of the things that I have to say about this novel is that it was not as good as the first one. It was slow getting into it because most of the book was just Eragon travelling from place to place. There were little tidbits of action here and there and I liked how this book included some of the story of Eragon's cousin, Roran. Luckily, the ending of the book was amazing and intense which made up for all of the boring parts in the beginning and middle of the novel. Overall, this was a fairly good read with all the same loveable characters as the first book along with some new ones. I will most likely read the next novel in the Inheritance Cycle series when it comes out, but I probably won't be re-reading this novel, except for maybe the ending :)
